Can I access FLYER exam room on smartphones?
The platform can be used on any smart devices including computers, tablets, and smartphones. However, we encourage users to access the exam room on computer or tablet to optimize the visual effects and studying experience. Doing tests on a wider screen also helps increase concentration.

When will my free trial end?
Never! We don't limit the free trial time so you can try out the exam room for as long as you want. You can experience all of our features during this trial period. However, please keep in mind that there will be limitation in the numbers of tests you can access.

How are the tests developed?
We have our own experienced academic team to develop tests. The tests will then be proof-checked by accredited English teachers in the U.S and the U.K. The qualified tests would then be illustrated by artists and voiced over by native English speakers. FLYER reserves the copy rights for all assets of our tests.

How many devices and people can access a single account?
One FLYER account can be used for 2 different students, each with their own profile and study history record. Please keep in mind that one account can only log in to one device at a time. If you need help, please contact the FLYER support team for more information and guidance on how to add two student profiles.
